Goya Hillwood have obtained a detailed planning consent and will be starting on site shortly to develop this super prime industrial site for a new 143,000 sq ft urban hub, with units ranging between 6,000 sq ft and 76,000 sq ft. This will reinvigorate and bring vital new jobs to the local area.
